  1. Call the main WSOL line: 630-375-6833 outside the hours of 9:00 am to 6:30 pm EST.
  2. Follow the prompts to request immediate support.
  3. Talk with a live person that will connect you to a technician to service your request.

These representatives will identify your needs quickly and connect you with a support representative that can help based on your specific request. If your hosting issue is not an emergency, the representative will take a message and relay it to the appropriate technician for attention the next business day.
